As we women mature into our greatness, each day that evolves, we begin to experience a plethora of mood swings, and unlimited emotions and at ANY GIVEN TIME LOL.

The hot flashes, feelings of depression, tearfulness, and insecurities to say the least. We are forced to meet "Ms. Perimenopause" and "Mrs. Menopause" at these stages of our lives.

As for me, it was an unbearable experience. My doctor made attempts to prescribe medications. No Thanks. I prefer a holistic approach to anything of my body. I value my body. I researched holistic methods to assist with recalibrating my unbalanced mood swings. I read up on the benefits of Yoni Steaming. I must say, it has been two years since I have embarked on my V-steaming journey.

V-Steaming has been beneficial to my life. It has helped with an increase in positivity mentally, minimal to no cramps from my monthly cycle, minimal mood swings and the overall feeling fresh and smelling absolutely refreshing.

The energy we are referring to are of two terms, Feminine Energy and Masculine Energy. Feminine and Masculine are used to determine the two different types of energies that can be present in a single human, irrespective of their gender or sex.

Unfortunately, people in today’s time have started to lose the touch of expressions like resting, taking vacations, and socializing, which are more connected to the feminine energy, as we believe they are not valued by our society and therefore, do not promote growth.

Just being and not doing makes people feel odd and annoyed because the intensities of life trains us to push towards our masculine side and leave the feminine energy at the backdoors of our lives. Why? Well, femininity supposedly makes us lazy and unproductive.

What we have and still are failing to understand is that the key to happiness also relies on this very feminine energy that we’re told to leave behind. It helps us to connect the dots of our lives.
